Proposal for Joint Venture Partnership / Funding – Gold Mining and Custom Milling Project in Zimbabwe

I am pleased to present this proposal for a potential joint venture partnership or funding support in a promising risk-free gold mining and custom milling project located in Silobela, Zimbabwe.

Our company, our mines (ATM NTOBE D) Dambridge Block 1 & (ATM NTOBE B) Dambridge Block 2 is a duly registered entity under the laws of Zimbabwe and holds a mining license and customer milling letter of approval from the ministry of mines for gold mining operations.

We have identified a viable gold resource and seek to expand our operations through the establishment of a custom milling plant that will not only process our ore but also provide toll milling services to local small-scale miners in the region.

In addition, there is an opportunity of mining the block that was conducted grassroots exploration of desk studies, area selection, land acquisition, regional studies (geology, survey, geo magnetic geophysics), preliminary community engagement.

The survey was conducted tracing the belt of an adjacent mine, Dani Son Mine ”KoMbokola” that is currently doing very well producing high gold volumes for a period of 10+ years.

Project Components

ComponentDescription
Mining OperationsOpen-pit / shallow underground mining using conventional small-scale methods (jackhammers, compressors, etc.).
Ore ProcessingCrushing → Milling → Gravity concentration → Vat leaching / Cyanidation for gold recovery.
Custom Milling ServiceProcessing of third-party ores on a fee basis to ensure steady cash flow.

1. Project Overview

Invest  $913,950   (R15 857 032), USD / ZAR rate – 17.35 currently in October 2025 that you will recover in 8 months guaranteed in a risk free customer milling, vat leaching, ball mill + CIL & gold buying project at Dambridge area, Silobela, Zimbabwe and also get a chance to get 60% shares as an investor to earn $133 920+ (R2 323 512 +) profit per month for a duration period of 100 years joint venture partnership.

Total – Vat Leaching (8g/t) & Ball Mill + CIL Combined (5g/t) on fine gold (20t) cost per gram – $124 (R2 151.40) ZAR17.35 Rate / USD – Actual Results for 6 months

Vat Leaching – $19 840 x 182 days = $3 610 880 (R62 648 768)

Ball Mill + CIL – $12 400 x 182 days = $2 256 800 (R39 155 480)

Total = $5 867 680 (R101 804 248).

The project aims to:

  • Develop and operate a small- to medium-scale gold mine with an average ore grade of approximately 1–5 g/t lowest.
  • Establish a custom milling facility (capacity: [e.g., 20–30 tonnes per day]) to process both our ore and third-party ores.
  • Implement vat leaching / CIP / gravity concentration methods to ensure efficient gold recovery.
  • Create employment and contribute to local economic development in line with Zimbabwe’s Vision 2030 and empowerment initiatives.

Please note that the gold mining & custom milling project is divided into four benefits of income revenue that are risk-free, which is like free money when set right.

(i) Customer milling – Artisan miners use their own resources to extract gold ore that they will bring to a plant for milling. The least grade they bring is more than 1g/t. The sands left during processing are ours for free, whereby you will recover 8g/t – 10g/t on vat leaching & another 5g/t on ball mill + CIL processing.

(ii) Vat leaching – It’s tanks that are cheap to construct using bricks, artisan miners that have small hummer mills offering milling services, and heap sands for leaching. They hire those tanks paying $40/day on each & normally take one week. After vat leaching, those sands are left for free. You can continue with the process on ball mill & CIL processing to recover more gold of about 3g/ – 5g/t

(iii) Ball mill + CIL processing – You can process sands obtained from vat leaching & milling that you got for free from artisan miners to recover more gold. Some milling plants have sands piled up for years after vat leaching without anything plans to do with them since they don’t have ball mill + CIL. Hence, we can collect those sands for free or buy at a small fee for ball + CIL processing to recover more gold.

(iv) Gold buying – All artisan miners that process ore or sands at our plant or outside can sell gold to us. Our mining license permits us to do so. Thus, more income revenue like free money.

(v) Mining – There are two blocks that we can operate on mining to extract more ore to increase productivity for more revenue. Mining is the main agenda, which is like a bonus after applying the first risk-free activities with massive ROI.

CONCLUSION:

Artisan miners throw away gold ore containing less than 1g/t, calling it low grade to extract free gold, but it’s more money when leaching is conducted. We can get ore for free or pay a small fee, same applies to vat leached sands.

The ROI is massive, whereby the investor recovers capital in 8 months when production begins.
Check if artisan miners get the lowest ever, 0.5g/t on free gold. We recover about 2g/t on leaching sands.

Which is 2g x $124/g = $248 x 20t / day = $4960 (R85 056) / day x 182 days (6 months) Total is ($902 720) R15 662 192.

Customer Milling:

Customer milling is a risk free investment because artisan miners will be using their resources to extract gold ore that they bring to your milling center for processing leaving sands for you for free containing more than 70% gold that will be recovered through leaching tanks.

Another 30% is recovered through CIL (Cyanide In Leaching) from ball mills that can produce very fine powders, with particle sizes as small as 10 microns or even smaller.

Artisan miners recover 25% – 30% free gold because some of the gold will be in sand particles that are more than 20 microns and some gold is washed away by the pressure of water during processing.

(d) Pumps: Circulate the eluent between the boiler and the elution column.

(e) Instrumentation: Monitors temperature, pressure, and flow rates.

Conclusion

Okay, perfect if you understand. It’s a good investment that is risk-free, trust me.

Look at that heap of vat leached sands that have been thrown away because they don’t have ball mill + CIL plant.

If we can collect that heap for free, which is approximately more than 1000 tonnes producing to the least of 2g/t x 1000t = 2000g(2kg) x $124/g = $248 000 (R4,302,800) for free in two weeks.

Sometimes, you recover more than 2g/t, and I have put it to the lowest. Can you imagine collecting those sands at 4 sites & how much you will make in the first two months.

Artisan miners produce & leach every day since mining is the only source of income. The figures support the estimation that it’s risk-free & the investor can recover injected capital in 8 months.

I haven’t mentioned the sands that you will acquire through clients that will hire your tanks for vat leaching & the sands that you will acquire through customer milling without being leached.

I haven’t mentioned that ore which is less than 1g/t, that the artisan miners throw away say it’s low grade for free gold recovery.

INTRODUCTION:

The survey site is located in Silobela district in the Midlands province. The district
itself is host to a number of gold mines like Maligreen Mine, Peace Mine, Turtle
Mine, Empress Mine and Leopard Mine now jointly know as Jena Mines. The area
is known to be the host of hundreds of artisan miners actively extracting gold in
the area. There is a lot of machinery and equipment that artisan miners do not have to facilitate mining and processing hence if you have the machines and equipment to provide for them, its a huge advantage to attract most of them to support your custom milling investment. An investor is needed to carry out professional advanced exploration and mining at two Dambridge blocks.
