Wet Pan Processing Centers

The project intends to provide milling services to artisanal miners who independently extract and transport gold-bearing ore to the processing facility using their own resources. In most cases, the ore delivered for processing contains grades exceeding 1g/t, reducing the risk associated with low-grade feed material.

As part of the processing arrangement, residual sands generated during milling operations remain available to the project for further treatment at no additional acquisition cost. These sands can then be processed through advanced Ball Mill and Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) recovery systems to extract additional gold values, with certain materials demonstrating the potential for significantly higher recoverable grades. This approach creates a sustainable feedstock supply while supporting local artisanal mining activities and increasing overall recovery efficiency.

Establish wet pan processing facilities for artisanal miners to process gold ores at low or subsidized cost. The strategic advantage is the accumulation of residual sands and tailings for further recovery through advanced processing systems such as Ball Mill and Carbon-in-Leach (CIL).

Operation Marketing Strategy

Gold Ore:

Artisan miners normally take ore to the mill for processing that is more than 1g/t. Hence the risk of running a loss is low. In most cases ore that is 0.5g/t, the artisan miners call it low grade since free gold recovery is low hence they throw it away.

We can collect that ore for free or at a small fee for milling and leaching after checking samples at the lab for geochemistry.

We can get more customers by providing better services and having fast modern equipment that makes life easy for artisan miners and beat the competitors.

Vat Leached Sands:

There is no CIL plant company in the area that collects vat leached sands from milling companies for processing.

The milling companies have heaps of sands that they have been piling up for years without any plans of doing the CIL processing since it`s a costly plant to construct or have no idea CIL.

We can collect those vat leached sands for free or at a small fee for ball mill + CIL after checking samples at the lab for geochemistry.
