Vat Leaching Tank Hire Operating
Vat Leaching Tank Operations
Develop vat leaching tank facilities available for hire to small-scale miners operating ball mills and basic processing plants. These facilities are expected to generate revenue through weekly leasing while also providing access to partially processed tailings that still contain recoverable gold values.

The project includes the development of low-cost vat leaching tanks constructed using brick infrastructure to support artisanal miners and small-scale milling operators. These miners process ore using hammer mills and accumulate sands suitable for vat leaching. The tanks are offered on a rental basis at approximately $300 per week per 60-ton capacity tank, creating an additional revenue stream for the operation.
Following the vat leaching process, the residual sands remain available for further treatment through Ball Mill and Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) processing systems, where additional recoverable gold values, estimated at approximately 0.3g/t and above, may still be extracted according to availiable lab reports. This model allows the project to maximize mineral recovery while simultaneously supporting artisanal mining activities and generating multiple streams of operational value.
Artisanal Ore Processing Revenue Model
Summary
This report outlines the projected revenue potential of the proposed Wet Pan Processing Plant servicing artisanal and small-scale miners within the surrounding mining region. The flexible throughput model demonstrates scalable revenue potential based on varying ore grades, processing volumes, and regional ore supply activity.
