Wet Pan Processing Facilities
We aim to establish wet pan processing facilities for artisanal miners to process their gold ore while strategically accumulating residual sands for advanced Ball Mill and CIL processing. This model creates continuous feedstock supply while supporting local mining communities.
Vat Leaching Operations
The project includes the construction of vat leaching tanks available for hire to artisanal miners operating small-scale ball mill systems. Residual vat leached sands obtained from these operations will be further processed through advanced recovery systems to maximize gold extraction.
200TPD Gold Recovery Processing Plant
A centralized 200-ton-per-day gold recovery processing plant is planned to process accumulated sands, tailings, vat leached material, and low-grade ores using Gravity Recovery and Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) technology.
Milling Center Partnerships
The project has already established partnerships with five milling centers that possess accumulated vat leached sands but lack the infrastructure for advanced gold recovery processing. Laboratory bottle roll and fire assay testing has already been conducted on material samples.
Gold Buying & Low-Grade Ore Recovery
We plan to purchase gold and low-grade ore material from artisanal miners that is often discarded due to limited recovery capabilities. Through advanced processing infrastructure, these materials can be economically processed for additional gold recovery.
Gravity + CIP Gold Recovery Technology
The project intends to combine gravity concentration systems with Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) technology to maximize gold recovery efficiency from both coarse and fine gold particles. The proposed recovery system includes:
